Heidi Bailey

Heidi Bailey

Heidi Bailey is SVP of Futures & A.I. for The Integer Group, in Dallas, Texas. Just spend two minutes with her and you’ll know why “What if?” and “Why not?” are her favorite questions. She is a visionary by nature – relentlessly reimagining process, models, and ways of doing things. Heidi sees technology not as a human-replacement tool, but as a chance to extend our capabilities. Enhance reach. Expand thinking.

In fact, educating, teaching and inspiring others to understand the power of blending human talent and machine capabilities within business strategies is a passion point for her. For the past 22 years in the advertising industry, with the last 9 years spent at TPN/Omnicom, she’s currently responsible for leading the development and implementation of future-oriented initiatives that leverage AI for some of the top companies on the Fortune 100 list.

Heidi has a BA in International Business, with minors in Chemistry and German, from Texas Tech University. She is actively studying Futurist Thinking through the Institute for the Future and holds a certificate in Digital Acceleration from Southern Methodist University. She’s an unabashed sneaker-collecting, travel-loving, coffee enthusiast who’s dedicated her life to understanding and predicting what’s next. Except when it comes to her daughter’s next sentence. That’s always a surprise.
