Welcome to the Koehler Center. We partner with TCU faculty to strengthen teaching excellence. Dedicated to supporting your teaching endeavors, we offer faculty-focused opportunities and resources so you can be student-centered. We prioritize your needs as educators while keeping student success at the heart of our initiatives.
Because we know that each faculty member and class is unique, our services are designed to be flexible, so you can make adaptions that best fit your teaching style and goals. We also stay abreast of the latest developments and challenges to offer relevant programming to foster an enriching learning environment for TCU students. We offer you:
Professional Development Workshops throughout the year; these are interactive and practical, offering strategies you can immediately implement into your classrooms;
Learning Technologies, including TCU’s learning management system and tools for accessibility, academic integrity, and various modalities;
One-on-One Consultations on how to use learning technologies. This enhances your teaching, your academic program planning and more, by addressing the specific teaching solutions faculty seek;
Ongoing Needs Assessments: To ensure that our services remain relevant and effective. We regularly seek feedback from faculty and conduct needs assessments. This helps us stay responsive to your evolving needs and the changing landscape of higher education.
