Director of Distance Learning
Kate Marshall is the Director of Distance Learning in the Koehler Center for Instruction, Innovation, and Engagement. Kate began her career at TCU in 2010. Her responsibilities include state regulations concerning distance learning, internships, and practicums; training and course design for distance learning courses; and the analysis of distance learning courses and programs.
Kate has teaching experience in both higher education and secondary schools. She previously worked at the University of Texas at Arlington in the Center for Distance Education. Kate received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College, and holds both a master’s degree in political science and a Master in Teaching from the University of Washington.
