Successful group work requires more than just telling students to get together and complete an assignment. In this session, I’ll discuss building teams using a Strengths-based method. Before jumping into groups with their friends, students are assessed and learn about not only their strengths but the group as a whole. They also learn about interpersonal relationships and how people process information, which leads to a more fruitful collaborative learning experience.
